Who’s Behind the Quill?

My name is Zavi Quill, and I’m the author of The Thompsons – Sticky Chaos, Sweet Anarchy, a children’s story and my first step into the world of writing. I live in a small town in East Tennessee with my fiancée, two kids, one spoiled dog, and three adventurous cats—where family life is full of chaos, in the best possible way.

Though I don’t come from a traditional writing background, I’ve always loved stories. My journey as a storyteller began with video games—I’ve been playing since I was seven—and over the years, that passion has only grown. Between weekend movie marathons, family TV nights, and getting lost in virtual worlds, I’ve spent much of my life soaking in different kinds of storytelling. Now, I’m excited to have created my own.

I look forward to continuing to write fiction for kids while expanding into stories for young adult and adult readers. My children’s books blend humor, heart, and a little bit of chaos—because that’s how the best stories begin.
