Thank you for shopping at ZaviQuill.com. We are committed to getting your books and merchandise to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.
You will be notified by email if any delays occur beyond the standard processing time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer standard shipping within the United States only.
Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days after your order has shipped.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours after shipment.

4. Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders must have a valid U.S. shipping address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
ZaviQuill.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.

6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
