Return & Refund Policy
At Zaviquill.com, your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality books and a positive shopping experience. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your options.
1. Digital Products (eBooks)
All eBook sales are final due to the nature of digital products. Once an eBook is purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned.
Exceptions for Technical Issues:
We understand technical issues can occur. If you experience any of the following with your eBook, please contact us within 3 days of purchase.
Corrupted File: The eBook is unreadable or incomplete.
Incorrect Format: You received a format different from what was advertised or selected (e.g., received an EPUB when you ordered MOBI).
Missing Content: Pages or chapters are clearly missing from the file.
To resolve any of these issues, email us at Zavi@Zaviquill.com with your order number and a detailed description. We will either send a corrected file or, if resolution isn’t possible, issue a full refund.
2. Physical Books (Paperback & Hardcover – Unsigned)
We want you to love your book. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your book arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect (e.g., missing pages, printing errors, binding issues), email Zavi@Zaviquill.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damage or defect
We will either replace the book at no additional cost or issue a full refund (excluding original shipping). You may be provided with a prepaid return label or instructed to discard the item.
Change of Mind Returns:
If you change your mind, you may return unsigned paperbacks or hardcovers within 10 days of delivery. Books must be returned in original, unused, and resalable condition (i.e., no writing, creases, or wear).
To initiate a return:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the item(s), excluding original shipping.
3. Signed Books (Signed Paperback & Signed Hardcover)
Signed books are unique and personalized, so all sales are generally final.
Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items:
If a signed book arrives damaged or unreadable due to a production error, email Zavi@Zaviquill.com within 7 days.
Include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damage or defect
While exact replacements may not be possible, we’ll offer either:
A full refund (excluding original shipping), or An unsigned replacement copy, with a partial refund to account for the missing signature.
Limited Satisfaction Guarantee (Discretionary):
We want you to be happy with your signed book. If you are genuinely dissatisfied (excluding minor cosmetic imperfections such as smudges or signature placement), contact us within 7 days.
Provide your order number and a detailed explanation. While not guaranteed, we may offer a partial refund or other resolution at our discretion. Any decision made under this clause is final.
4. How to Initiate a Refund or Return
To request a refund or initiate a return:

Include the following in your message:
Your full name
Order number
The item(s) you wish to return or refund
A detailed explanation, along with photos or videos if applicable
We will respond within 3 business days with next steps.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return or refund is approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
